Episode 1

A VIP who was in a car accident lies in a coma. Yong-pal, a superstar surgeon, treats gangsters on the side to pay off his debt, and to cover treatments for his sister.

Episode 2

Yong-pal's scalpel was left at the last job and the police follow up the lead. Dr. Kim is assigned an ICU patient with no known family.

Episode 3

Dr. Kim makes a stealthy move to save Young-ae from herself. Dr. Kim makes a house call for a celebrity who gets into some trouble with a woman in a hotel room.

Episode 4

Hae-in tries to get revenge on Cha Se-yoon and threatens to kill everyone in the hospital in the process.

Episode 6

Nurse Hwang takes matters into her own hands to find out what's going on with her patient and overhears a conversation she was not meant to hear. Tae-hyun tries to figure out who is really on Young-ae's side.

Episode 7

President Go and the Chairman sit down to discuss the future. Tae-hyun, having lost a lot of blood, faints in the OR.

Episode 8

The Chairman invites Chief Lee and Dr. Kim to his house for dinner to make sure they understand that he owns them. Chae-young tells Tae-hyun how Yeo-jin ended up in a perpetual coma.

Episode 9

Yeo-jin regains her strength and gets closer to Tae-hyun. Tae-hyun tells her how his sister ended up with liver damage. A local woman needs Tae-hyun's help.

Episode 10

Tae-hyun returns to the hospital to find that a lot of things have changed. He agrees to trade his life for his sister's safety.

Episode 11

The Chairman and President Go make arrangements for Yeo-jin's funeral. Yeo-jin puts her own plan into action and finds what her father left for her.

Episode 12

A war is brewing and everyone must choose a side. Tae-hyun asks Man-sik for help, and Doo-chul comes to Tae-hyun's rescue.

Episode 13

The funeral does not end the way Do-joon expected. Tae-hyun sees his new home. Chae-young and President Go try to figure out their place in the new world order.

Episode 14

Tae-hyun has trouble adjusting to being a bigwig at the hospital, and he finds out what happened the night his mother was brought into the hospital. Yeo-jin wants revenge.

Episode 15

Chae-young reaches out to Tae-hyun for help as Yeo-jin exacts revenge on her brother. Tae-hyun tries to reason with Yeo-jin.

Episode 16

Yeo-jin wages war against Daejung Group. Tae-hyun makes a move that he thinks will help Yeo-jin, but it doesn't work out the way he expected.

Episode 17

Tae-hyun has built a clinic in a small town and is trying to lead a quiet, happy life. Chae-young still wants revenge for her husband.

Episode 18

Tae-hyun learns who his friends and allies are when people show their true colors. Yeo-jin finally gets her ring.
