Episode 1

LEUNG'S VILLA is an old haunted house formerly "occupied" by 4 ghosts: SUI, TAI, SIU, SUEN. During the Ghost Festival, while SIU is holding a party with his fellow ghost friends, robber MOU breaks in. He is so scared that he leaves all his spoils in the house. WONG's and WAH's family move in this villa simultaneously. One day, WONG's daughter JUNE bumps into SUEN. She is so scared that she faints away. But when she later tells her parents about being haunted, none would take it serious. Meanwhile, ANNA also moves in.

Episode 2

With the assistance from his mother and sister, JONG manages to set up a car repairing shop without, letting his father know. But gradually, JONG's father becomes suspicious of JONG's whereabouts. So, he employs private detectives to trace JONG. After knowing that the spoils are left at the house, CHING, master of MOU, plots for ANNA to employ him as gardener. He moves in the servant's room with MOU. Now all the vacant rooms are occupied and the 4 ghosts have nowhere to stay. They find the "GHOST LANDLORD" for compensation. With no alternative, the "LANDLORD" grants them one chance of reincarnation. The first to drive out a family would be given the chance.
